"We love Belamour ballet! We have been looking for a class to help our daughter with concentration. They have been so loving and helpful, my daughter loves her class and is excited to show me her new moves! She even remembers the terms! They are very skilled teachers who create a welcoming and fun environment for my daughter!"

A Unique Focus
At Belamour, we believe the greatest gift we can give the artistic community is a dancer who not only has a broad knowledge and strong technique, but who can apply those talents in a spirit of confidence and compassion with a commitment to community service.
Dance can be a powerful tool for developing individual leadership skill. The process of learning dance teaches our students to set goals, to work effectively in teams, to creatively solve problems, and a host of other character building attributes.
We recognize that only a small percentage of our students will become professional dancers...while all of them will become professional people! At Belamour Ballet, we are committed to helping them become the most successful people possible.
Heading 6
Leadership Team
Students who have completed a fundamentals or entry level program at Belamour and are accepted for additional training are considered part of the "Leadership" team at the academy.
We charge our leadership team with responsibility to guard the positive culture that we've built at Belamour Ballet. Team members wear the word "leadership" on their uniform and are expected to demonstrate the leadership principles in their behavior on and off the floor and to be an example to newer students.
Those who most successfully demonstrate the principles in their individual practice are given opportunities to further develop their skill through assistant teaching and other leadership development experiences through our community service projects.
